also within its framework of Memorandum and Rules – Regulation approved by its registration under societies Registration Act of May 21, 1860 where it has been clearly stated that registrar has no power to inter fare into the Memorandum contents after its approval by the society registration; Society is free to work upon objectives mentioned in its Memorandum (Constitutional).

As far the society independent status as an Non – Governmental (NGO) & Non – Profitable organization NAV VIHAR SHIKSHA SAMITI serves in its own resources by contributions from it own active and ordinary Members and by the people agreed upon the society functioning and its effects on the community in regard to education, employment and

gender equality the society receives no any governmental contributions its various schemes and plans based on the contents of the Memorandum approved on registration by the center or state under S.R. Act – 21 1860.

On this Independent status the registered Society has freedom to work upon its Memorandum contents by its operating institution school, college and universities.

The independent legitimate colleges and universities offer Bachelor degree Courses Master degree. Courses with researches and are in engaged in concerned faculties of its Management Engineering Medical, Allied Health, traditional and innovative courses and other professional courses for career and development of its seekers. Under GOI-UGC Approved CET/TVET Educational schemes.
